Richard G. Bowers Sr., CLU, of Keokuk, Iowa, MDRT’s 1971 President, died July 17. He was 94. Bowers first joined MDRT in 1954, accumulating 58 years of membership. He achieved two Court of the Table and one Top of the Table qualifications during his career, and he attended 45 Annual Meetings and one Top of the Table Annual Meeting. He served as MDRT Foundation President in 1977 and was a Gold Knight-level contributor.
